How can I change my email address?

You can easily change or update your email address!

All you need to do is:

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Go to “More.”
  3. Select “Profile.”
  4. Tap “Change Email Address.”
  5. Select “Update Email via Kuwait Mobile ID.”
  6. You’ll receive an authentication request through the Kuwait Mobile ID app.
  7. Once you approve the authentication request, your email address will be automatically updated to the email linked to your Kuwait Mobile ID.
