3.Who are the eligible customers who can participate in the Number Booking?

To participate in the Virgin Mobile Number Booking campaign, you must meet the below eligibility criteria:


  • Resident of Kuwait holding a valid Kuwait civil identification card.
  • Above the age of 18

4. How many days will the “Number Booking” campaign run for?

The Number Booking will continue until we launch commercially.

5. Are the numbers available Pre-paid or Post-paid?

Our plans are paid upfront to avoid any extra charges or hidden fees. You pay for what you need, nothing more.

6. Do I need to register and is there a registration fee to join theVirgin Mobile Number Booking?

To participate, you must register through the Virgin Mobile Number Booking website. You will need to create a profile with your Email and your contact number for communication Purposes.

There are no fees for registration however, you need to pay the price of the number you reserve.

7. What do I do to get started?

You can simply:


  • Go to
  • Review and select one of the number categories that suits you.
  • The page will display a list of numbers from that category to select from.
  • A search option is also available to enter any digits and search for your special number starting with 4100xxxx or 4111xxxx.
  • Once you have selected your number you will be forwarded to a screen to upload your Kuwait Civil ID.
  • If you upload your ID successfully, you require to create a profile by entering your email and a password or using your social media account credentials such as Google, Facebook, or Twitter.
  • Once you create the profile your number and the price will be displayed on the screen for confirmation.
  • Read & Accept the Terms & Conditions and click continue to proceed to the payment.
  • Select the payment method and pay.
  • Upon successful payment, you will be forwarded to the confirmation page and an invoice will be sent with the details to your email.

8. What is the available plan with my booked number?

Currently the number will be reserved after the payment without any plan. You will have the opportunity to choose your plan once our services are launched commercially.

9. What are the terms and conditions of the Number Booking?

10. Can I change the number I chose after payment or cancel the booking process?

Once you pay for the number you can’t change the booked number or cancel the booking.

11. How many numbers can I reserve?

You can reserve up to 5 numbers.

12. What is the purpose of the search option?

It allows you to enter any digits and search for the number you want.

13. I couldn’t find the number I want with search?

Which means the number is either reserved or not in the provided range of numbers 4100xxxx or 4111xxxx.

14. Are there any extra advantages that can I get during the current Number Booking?

You will get a greater chance to reserve the number you wanted from Virgin Mobile Kuwait and get a voucher worth up to KD 10 for your first plan purchased with us.

15. Can I get a refund after the booking payment process if I want to cancel the booking?

No, you can’t refund the paid amount, as there is no cancelation for the booked number.

16. When and how will I get my SIM Card?

The SIM card will be delivered or can be collected once our services are launched commercially.

17. When can I start using the number?

The number will be operational once our services are launched commercially.

18. How can I contact you in case I have a question or face any problem with booking process?

You may contact us by clicking “Contact Us” on the main page and we will assist you or by calling our customer service at the number(156).


19. What if I don’t like the available plans when once you lunch your services commercially, is it possible to refund the value of the booked Number?

Virgin Mobile Kuwait will provide variable plans that will suit all needs. You can also customize your own plan. As for the value of the booked number no refund available.

20. Will Virgin Mobile Kuwait have 5G network coverage?

Yes, of course.

21. Is the Mobile Number Portability available?

Yes, the Mobile Number Portability will be available once we launch our services commercially.

22. Will Virgin Mobile Kuwait provide international and roaming services?

International and roaming services will be available once we launch our services commercially.

23. Will Virgin Mobile Kuwait provide eSIM?

The eSim will be available once we launch our services commercially.

24. Do I need to repeat all the steps from the start point if get disconnected?

You don’t have to repeat the steps as your last step will be saved and once you return to the website you, we will be notified with a popup and give you the option to continue or start over.

25.  Will I receive an invoice for paid booked number?

Yes, you will receive an Email as soon as the payment process is successful.

After we finish the number booking campaign and launch our services you will have 50 KD voucher to be used as your plan down payment.


30. The available numbers all start with 410 – 411. Will a new range of numbers be available soon?
